Welcome to the Shoosmiths graduate recruitment pages.

Take a look around and you’ll find plenty of information about the training experience we offer and some contributions from our current trainees which will provide you with a bird’s eye perspective of what they’ve been up to and how they’ve found their training contract so far.

Whatever stage you’re at, we’d encourage you to take the long view and think now about the kind of firm you would like to work in. We offer summer placements so that you can see for yourself our friendly and down-to-earth working environment, as well as being given the opportunity to complete real trainee-level work.

Life isn’t all about work and our trainees are encouraged to strike a healthy balance in everything they do. So you’ll find evidence on these pages that the trainees get to do a lot of things away from their desk and often are left to fly solo. We give them the freedom to develop valuable skills through marketing, social, charity or sporting activities.
