Corporate team growth continues at Shoosmiths

National law firm Shoosmiths has a new recruit to its Milton Keynes corporate team.

Partner Sanjeev Sharma, who joins from Addleshaw Goddard, brings with him a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

He has acted for, amongst others, Associated British Foods, Barclays Private Equity, Aviva and Admiral Taverns.

Sanjeev Sharma is the latest of six lawyers who have joined Shoosmiths’ corporate team in the past six months, across four of its offices. He is the second to join at Milton Keynes.

Partner and head of corporate Oliver Brookshaw said: “It’s a sign that we are continuing to secure new work when we are able to recruit steadily like this, and Sanjeev, like the others, adds the sort of quality, experience and market knowledge we require to deal with and continue that growth.”
