Laura joined Shoosmiths in July 2023. Her role focuses on the attraction and selection of candidates for the Training Contract as well as various other opportunities Shoosmiths provides. Laura has a particular interest in the candidate journey and how we can continue to develop and improve the way in which we select our Trainee Solicitors, both for the firm and for candidates.
