Sarah is a trainee solicitor based in Shoosmiths' London office. Sarah is currently working in the Competition team in the final seat of her training contract. Sarah supports the team with the breadth of its work, including on matters concerning CMA investigations, anti-competitive practices, merger control, and national security clearances.
Previously, Sarah spent time split in the Corporate Restructuring & Advisory, Banking & Finance and Construction teams working on a range of contentious, advisory and transactional work.
Prior to starting her training contract, Sarah spent more than two years in Shoosmiths' London employment team and developed experience in all aspects of the team's work for employers and employees.
Sarah read Jurisprudence (Law) at the University of Oxford, St Anne's College and was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. Sarah achieved a high Distinction on the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2022.
