Charity law
Our approach
Many successful people feel that they would like to give something back to society and try to make the world a better place. There are many ways you can do this: by supporting an existing charity of your choice, forming your own charitable trust or perhaps in your will.
We provide our clients with advice on tax issues concerning gifts to charities, and also on the creation and administration of charities. Our clients include existing charitable foundations where we advise on fund raising issues and dealing with the assets of the charity.
Resources and expertise
Trevor George and Carolyn Bagley have wide experience ranging from forming small charitable foundations to advising national charities.Services
