- Price mechanisms
- Programme & development provisions
We’ll also ensure that the appropriate adoption agreements are in place including Section 38, Section 104 and Section 278 agreements. Our team advises on Section 106 agreements, LCHO dwellings, mortgagee exclusion clauses and shared ownership issues.
Our streamlined processes for acquisitions and disposals of land, properties and plots means a high standard of professionalism and a sophisticated service. Our experience includes:
- Partial staircasing

We are well versed in all types of shared ownership leases. When it comes to Right to Buy, Right to Acquire or Homebuy, we can help your sales teams comply with the statutory timescales using bespoke IT and an efficient system of procedures and reporting.
