Known for being "commercial and results-driven" our consumer finance teams work seamlessly to coordinate a mixture of regulation and compliance, litigation and recoveries on behalf of lenders, including the ability to deal with a mixture of transactions including high volume recoveries, complex transactions, litigation, dispute resolution and regulatory advice, training and support.

Our banking and acquisition finance team is headed up by partner Sean Wright who is described as “very good operator who makes sure that the deal gets done”. The team’s expertise includes leveraged acquisition finance, property finance and refinancing. We also advise on receivables and invoice discounting transactions, derivatives transactions and international project financing.

The highly experienced team is used to advising private equity houses, management teams and the banks providing additional debt funding on private equity transactions. We have a successful track record advising companies, banks, nomads and brokers on IPOs and public flotations.
