Any prosecution for an environmental breach is likely to attract negative publicity in the community and sector in which you operate.
We will work with you to avoid prosecution and to develop suitable systems to react to any environmental issues.
Our team has a successful track record defending prosecutions by the Environment Agency/Local Authority for leaks and spills, noise & vibration, smoke fumes, chemicals, water and waste.
We advise and represent clients in relation to statutory nuisance and will work alongside and instruct environmental consultants on your behalf. We’ll also help you manage your relationship with Environmental Health Officers.
