Marine insurance
Clients describe our marine team service as "commercial", "pragmatic" and "sensible" providing solutions to ensure a dispute is resolved as quickly and cost effectively as possible. We have considerable experience advising insurers and owners in respect of policy coverage and wording, including non-disclosure and misrepresentation and fraud. Insurers regularly instruct us to act for yacht owners, marina operators, builders and repair yards to bring or defend recovery action following an incident.
