Refinancing

Our national banking team has a wealth of experience advising on refinancing, as well as on general banking matters such as leveraged acquisition finance and property finance.

Our recent work includes advising a syndicate of banks on a £135 million refinancing, with our team recognised by our clients as being "extremely responsive, sensible and competitive on price expectations". We have also advised Lloyds TSB and the national car dealership GK Group on refinancing and development matters.
