Marine asset finance
Clients describe our marine team service as "commercial", "pragmatic" and "sensible" providing solutions to ensure that the "deal is done" without delay. We represent a number of leading UK and international banks in relation to the financing of yachts and registration of their mortgages throughout the Red Ensign territories and beyond.
Providing a rapid response service, we enforce the bank's security in instances of default including non-payment and fraud by way of arrest or court proceedings. Through our global network of lawyers, we detain yachts throughout the world and are on hand to advise our clients on the subsequent realisation of their security.
According to Chambers UK 2008, the head of the department, Jonathan Hadley-Piggin is renowned for "his specialised international yachting acumen".
