When it comes to advising property investment clients, our team has tried and tested experience to ensure that you make sound investments. We advise our investor clients in connection with the acquisition and disposal of all types of property with a particular focus on the office, retail and leisure sectors. We also provide strategic management advice and undertake the legal aspects of the management of our clients’ portfolios in an efficient and cost effective way.

We also have planning, construction, tax, employment and property litigation teams who are on hand to advise on the specialist aspects of an acquisition.

We have experience in dealing with off shore investment vehicles, and are adept at ensuring that the additional administration is completed efficiently.  We also believe in building good relationships with your funder’s legal team to ensure that there are no undue delays.
