Our property tax team provides a full-range of services to all sectors in the property market both in supporting clients of our commercial property, planning and social housing teams, and in advising clients on stand-alone property tax work. We work with clients to provide commercial, tax-efficient and effective solutions and advice on all aspects of property-based deals, enabling our clients to progress their deals as quickly and smoothly as possible, whilst minimising transaction costs.
Our clients include a number of the UK’s leading property developing companies, various housing associations, and many on-shore and off-shore property investment partnerships and joint ventures.
