Autumn Fee-Match Offer
Our aim is to offer a superior service for a competitive fee. In the event that prior to instructing us, you have received a quotation from another conveyancing firm to us which offers better value, then please allow us the opportunity to match the fee quoted to you. Please note that this offer can only be used by clients instructing us directly and cannot be used in conjunction with another incentive scheme.

Our policy on fees is simple. First of all, our competitive fees are fixed and all-inclusive. Within this fixed fee we include all conventional work associated with a conveyancing transaction.
We will not charge any extra if we meet problems or delays in the conventional conveyancing process. Secondly  if your transaction does not proceed we will not charge you a penny. We appreciate it would be frustrating to pay for a service for which you receive no benefit. So if your transaction falls through or you withdraw for any reason prior to exchange of contracts, we will not charge legal fees in relation to your matter. Your only expense will be payments made on your behalf e.g search fees.
