Impact isn’t created by central strategy alone. It’s built where people act. This article sets out the charity partners each Shoosmiths office is supporting this year, showing how a locally led approach turns intent into meaningful outcomes.

Our office charity programme gives colleagues the opportunity to support causes they care about in a way that is both meaningful and hands-on. By taking a locally led approach, colleagues are empowered to shape charitable giving within their own office, creating strong partnerships with local charities and making a real difference in their community. This sense of ownership not only deepens impact at a local level, but also helps foster a strong, inclusive culture of giving across our offices.

This is a key part of how we deliver social impact across Shoosmiths. By supporting a broad range of charities, in line with our commitment to funding themes of net zero, social mobility and access to justice, we are able to respond to local need in a way that is both practical and meaningful.

Our new charity partners are:

SANDS - Supports anyone affected by pregnancy loss or the death of a baby, providing bereavement support and working to improve care and research.

Birmingham
