Across its corporate division, Shoosmiths’ team has bolstered its market leading credentials and reputation for excellence in the mid-market, advising on upwards of 400 transactions a year.

The firm’s deal team was led by corporate partner Alistair Hammerton, with support from legal director Georgina Rennie, principal associate Charlotte Cannell, senior associate Jordan Hollingsworth, associate Sharon Nicholls and associate Hugh White. Banking advice was provided by partner Ali Triptree, principal associate Sophie Tyler and trainee Niamh Jones alongside tax advice from principal associate Caroline Airey.

Daniel Cardenas-Clark commented: "We are once again, truly grateful for the expert advice and support of Al, Charlotte, Jordan and the Shoosmiths team, who went above and beyond what was asked. At this point, we consider them to be an extension of our deal team."

Alistair Hammerton, corporate partner at Shoosmiths, commented: “Amir and Daniel are highly regarded leaders in the tech field and it was a pleasure to support them on such a strategic acquisition. It is fantastic to see investment in a UK founded tech business as they embark on their next phase of rapid growth.”
