I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, head of the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital team and co-lead the firm's Technology & AI sector.

I specialise in venture capital, tech M&A, data centres and search funds. I advise investors, founders and management teams on seed to Series A/B/C funding, growth capital and exits.

My investor side clients include Lakestar, Salica Investments, MMC Ventures, Blackfinch Investments and Triple Point, and I’m known for my responsive, commercially focussed advice.

I joined Shoosmiths on qualification in 2010, having trained at a national firm.  Since then I’ve built a reputation as one of the UK’s most active VC lawyers, supporting high-growth businesses across tech, energy and infrastructure, consumer and financial services.

I contribute to Shoosmiths’ Corporate division and mentor emerging talent across the firm. I’m a member of the Law Society and regularly speak on venture capital trends and founder-investor dynamics in the venture capital ecosystem.
