Amber is a Senior Professional Support Lawyer in the national construction and engineering team.
Amber provides comprehensive knowledge management support to both the non-contentions and contentious team including drafting and maintaining precedents, assisting in document automation, producing legal know-how and delivering legal training. She keeps the firm's construction and engineering legal advisors up to date with legal developments and assists with queries across the team. Amber delivers training and updates to a range of clients on construction law topics including the Building Safety Act 2022. She writes and edits legal updates and articles and has written for external publications including the Estates Gazette, Local Government Lawyer, City AM and the JCT blog .
Before becoming a Professional Support Lawyer, Amber specialised in contentious construction. She has experience of advising construction professionals, developers, employers, contractors and sub-contractors on a broad range of construction and engineering disputes. Amber has experience of all types of dispute resolution including litigation, adjudication, arbitration and ADR including mediation.
