Anna is an Associate in our national Commercial team, based in Manchester. Anna advises clients across a broad spectrum of commercial matters, with a particular focus on the retail and consumer sectors.
Anna is a trusted advisor to leading names in the automotive and retail industries. She leads a team delivering specialist legal support on high-profile advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring legal clearance and compliance of UK consumer-facing content in alignment with her client’s risk appetite. Anna also acts for a globally renowned sportswear brand in advising on their brand marketing activities, including drafting and negotiation of brand ambassador agreements, product collaborations, and major sponsorship and partnership deals.
As an integral member of our national Consumer team, Anna provides detailed and commercially-focused advice on consumer protection legislation. She supports a range of high-profile and household names on compliance across e-commerce consumer journeys and web accessibility, marketing strategy, and advertising campaigns, and has a wealth of experience drafting consumer-facing terms and prize and price promotional T&Cs.
Anna trained and qualified with Shoosmiths. She holds an LLB (Hons) in Law and achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course, along with an MSc in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law.
