Caroline understands first-hand the pressures our clients are under, which enables her to provide wide-ranging pragmatic and solutions driven support.
She is a presenter on the Firm’s Supply Chain Podcasts, discussing pertinent industry issues as they develop. In the latest series, Caroline explored back-to-back supply chains, and the risks of not giving proper consideration to each parties’ rights and obligations as they flow from contract to contract through a supply chain, and how putting in place back-to-back arrangements can mitigate these risks.
Caroline spent the early part of her legal career specialising in public procurement law, before joining Shoosmiths in 2016. Caroline is a founder member of Women in Logistics UK CIC.
