Chris advises a broad spectrum of clients, including institutional landlords, investors, and corporate occupiers, on portfolio management, non-contentious landlord and tenant matters, and the acquisition and disposal of assets across the office, industrial, and retail sectors. Chris also supports landowners and site providers in navigating the Electronic Communications Code, particularly in relation to the grant and management of leases to telecommunications operators.
His recent projects include:
- advising a luxury health and fitness club operator on the acquisition of new premises across London;
- acting for tenants on major HQ office relocations within central London;
- acting on the sale of a major UK shopping centre as well as the sale of a portfolio of national outlet centres;
- advising on the structuring and grant of option and sub-option agreements for land earmarked for energy power park developments; and
- acting for one of the UK's largest landowners in the ongoing management of their telecommunications portfolio.
