Dawn is the IS director at Shoosmiths, responsible for the provision of IT services, development and implementation of solutions that improve the quality of services which enhance the client experience.
Dawn brings a wealth of experience from industry, having held managerial positions across multiple industry sectors including Professional Services, FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Logistics, operating at a senior level across the UK, US, Europe, Africa and the Far East.
Since joining Shoosmiths Dawn has developed and managed a number of key programmes that have enabled the firm to implement an agile workspace.
Prior to joining Shoosmiths Dawn held roles at AkzoNobel, ICI Paints, Unilever and Abbott Pharmaceuticals leading global ERP and CRM projects. Born in Northampton Dawn has an honours degree in Financial Economics.
