I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, specialising in venture capital, growth capital and energy and infrastructure investments. I am co-sector lead for our Energy and Infrastructure Sector and co-chair for the firm's women's network, Empower.

I advise investors, founders and management teams from seed to Series A/B/C funding right through to Exit with a focus on E&I growth companies and sustainable next generation infrastructure such as digital infrastructure, EV Charging and clean energy development. My investor side clients include Gresham House, Generate Capital, Oasthouse Ventures, Infrared Capital Partners and Portage Ventures.

I'm known for my pragmatic, strategic and commercial advice, being recognised as a Next Generation Partner and recognised in Legal 500.

I lead on our Shoosmiths’ spHERe initiative which is a dedicated network that supports female founders and female  venture capitalists, providing a forum for more meaningful networking opportunities. This initiative is closely linked to Shoosmiths’ partnership of Female Founder Rise a network of over 10,000 female entrepreneurs, through supporting them with their accelerator programs, cohorts, mentoring and hosting events.
