I'm a partner in our Tax team and head up the firm’s corporate tax practice.

I have a wealth of experience advising a broad range of clients on corporate tax matters. I provide tax advice in respect of both transactional work and stand-alone tax structuring and advisory work including advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, group structuring and reorganisations, venture capital investments and other corporate and commercial transactions, regularly with an international element.
I am a member of the International Bar Association and am also a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser
