I am a Senior Associate in the Commercial (Advisory Services) division at Shoosmiths LLP, advising clients across a range of commercial matters affecting the technology, mobility, and energy sectors. My role spans delivering client projects, drafting and negotiating key agreements, and advising on strategic issues.

Key experience includes advising a market-leading manufacturer and supplier of modular building solutions and the leading automotive brand import and sales business with major IT service outsourcings and projects, advising an asset management platform on its appointment with a leading global investment firm, and advising a multinational hospitality business on procurements for critical IT infrastructure services and the long term appointment of an electric vehicle charging point operator across its estate.

I support clients across key sectors as an external adviser, and I have also worked on secondment at Volkswagen Group – the United Kingdom’s leading automotive retailer group – providing legal support to major mobility brands on contracts across the group business.
