I have been a Partner at Shoosmiths since 2016 and lead the People & Reward team.
I specialise in advising clients on a wide range of employment matters, including defending complex equal pay class actions, managing trade union relationships, handling employment tribunal and High Court claims, and negotiating executive severance.
Working closely with HR teams, I focus on delivering practical, results-driven solutions that enhance business performance, boost employee engagement, and mitigate risk. Since qualifying in 2001, I have led major projects such as supermarket restructuring programmes, a £1m absence reduction initiative for a national transport client, and a nationwide manager training programme that saved over 10,000 hours of management time. I have also successfully defended two significant equal pay class actions for large national retailers.
