Raj is an Associate in the Birmingham Employment Team. She was admitted as a solicitor in March 2022 and has developed a strong practice in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, offering practical, commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s needs.

Raj regularly supports employer clients on day-to-day HR and employment issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy processes, and contractual matters.

Raj’s recent experience includes:

  • Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements on behalf of both employers and individuals;
  • Advising on employment contracts, policies, and handbooks for a range of organisations;
  • Advising clients on complex Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases;
  • Providing strategic advice on restructuring and TUPE matters; and
  • Providing employment support on corporate transactions.

Raj also provides training and workshops on all aspects of employment law and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
