Rosie is currently a Legal Director in our corporate department and has more than a decade of extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, acting principally for major corporate clients on domestic, international and cross border acquisitions and disposals. Rosie has experience advising on joint ventures, private equity transactions (including exits), debt/equity reorganisations and international group restructurings. Rosie also advises clients on general corporate governance matters.
Recent experience includes advising:
- the shareholder of Fosroc on its $1.25bn sale to Saint-Gobain;
- Weetabix Limited on its strategic acquisition of Deeside Cereals I Limited;
- the shareholders of The Local Data Company Group Ltd on their disposal of the same to US buyer Green Street;
- Foresight and the management team of Datapath Group Limited on their disposal of the same;
- the shareholders of Skycon Ltd on their £45m disposal to Better Collective A/S;
- Note AB on multiple acquisitions;
- Bergman and Beving on its acquisition of Donut Safety Systems;
- the shareholders of Vectare Limited on their disposal of the same to Faria Education Group Limited;
- Telent Technology Services Limited on its acquisition of Integrated Design Techniques Limited; and
- Sciensus Pharma Services Limited on its acquisition of Vinehealth Digital Limited.
