- Acting for a leading provider of retirement homes on estate management issues across their portfolio, and particularly addressing service charge issues and related professional negligence claims against managing agents
- Acting for a developer in a dispute with a neighbouring land owner regarding urgent injunction proceedings to prevent the obstruction of a multi-million pounds development site.
