I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ Commercial team and co-head of the firm's Consumer & Retail Sector helping drive the firm's offerings in this space.

I specialise in strategic commercial arrangements that underpin consumer products and retail operations, including supply chain, large-scale outsourcings including logistics and warehousing as well as agency and distribution models and a wide range of B2B contracting structures.

I work extensively with leading retailers, consumer brands, manufacturers and logistics providers, helping them deliver operational resilience and efficiency in often challenging market and economic conditions.

I also lead Shoosmiths Resource Solutions which is the firm’s managed legal services offering, which combines legal expertise with market-leading technology such as Cia, Shoosmiths’ AI-powered contract review tool, and Live Working, bespoke online client hubs.
