I’m a Legal Director in Shoosmiths’ Business Crime and Regulatory team, advising clients on regulatory compliance across advertising, consumer protection, food law, product safety, anti-bribery,  health and safety, and fire safety. I regularly support global retail, food, and automotive clients on advertising, compliance with pricing and trading practices under consumer protection legislation, product compliance and recalls, and advise on supply chain issues, including the impact of Brexit on UK supply chains, and international labelling requirements.

My experience includes a secondment with a global automotive manufacturer.  I've advised on regulatory investigations into pricing and trading practices, product CE and UKCA marking,  compliance with general consumer products, and on global product withdrawals.  I also lead a team that conducts due diligence on corporate transactions.
