I’m an associate in our Restructuring & Advisory team, working across transactional and contentious insolvency. Recent matters include the Wilko administration, retail CVAs, moratoriums and pre-pack sales, plus security reviews and business-and-asset disposals.

I support boards, lenders and office-holders on restructuring plans and distressed M&A, and have completed a secondment with a global automotive brand. I adopt tech and AI tools to move quickly, keep costs proportionate and give stakeholders the clarity they need.

I help supervise trainees and contribute to know-how, sharing practical lessons from administrations, CVA challenges and complex cross-border files.
