I am a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Birmingham, advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors on commercial property transactions.

My recent work includes lease agreements for a multinational tech company, due diligence for a global tenant,  acquisitions of multi let industrial sites and refinancing and disposals of petrol station portfolios for in excess of £200million.

I have over 20 years experience in the legal property sphere and qualified as a solicitor in 2014. I bring a practical, commercially focussed approach to every matter—helping clients make informed decisions and deliver results. Clients have commented that my approach is dedicated and pragmatic.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ mentoring and internal initiatives.
