I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team in Manchester, advising developers, housebuilders and corporate occupiers on acquisitions, disposals and infrastructure projects. My recent work includes supporting a £62 million refinance, acting on a leasehold buyback scheme involving over 400 properties, and advising on city centre development schemes.

I qualified in 2021 after completing my training contract at Shoosmiths. During my training, I gained experience across commercial property, corporate support and charity matters. I now work closely with clients to deliver practical, outcome-focussed advice that supports their strategic goals.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ charity initiatives and internal mentoring programmes.
