I’m a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, advising on development projects, investment acquisitions and mixed-use schemes. I’ve led on landmark transactions including the £25 million redevelopment of the former Kellogg’s HQ for UA92 and the £130 million forward funding of a Manchester city centre scheme.

My experience spans education, healthcare, leisure and infrastructure sectors. I act for pension funds, local authorities and institutional investors—bringing a strategic, commercially grounded approach to every deal.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and contribute to Shoosmiths’ internal mentoring and training programmes.
