I’m a principal associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising private equity houses, corporates and management teams on buyouts, disposals, bolt-on acquisitions, reorganisations and shareholder arrangements. I work across multiple sectors, including fintech, edtech, education and care, energy and automotive.

Recent highlights include:

• advising the selling shareholders of AVK Power Solutions on Partners Group acquiring a majority stake in the business and investing more than $1 billion to support future growth;
• advising the shareholders of fire and safety company Senseco Systems, on the sale of the business to HIG backed Andwis;
• acting for Five Arrows Growth Capital and CGE Partners on their co-investment into Intact, a leading provider of end-to-end auditing workflow software;
• advising the sellers and management team on the sale of Finova, a UK-based fintech business, to Bain Capital;
• advising on bolt-on acquisitions for Five Arrows backed KidsKonnect and Everway; and
• advising Foundation Investment Partners on acquisitions of Airfinance Global and Ishka, both providers of data and intelligence to the global aviation finance industry.

I have also completed secondments from Shoosmiths, with Volkswagen Group UK, Travelodge Hotels and Volkswagen Financial Services.
