I’m a principal associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising private equity houses, corporates and management teams on buyouts, disposals, bolt-on acquisitions and shareholder arrangements. I also support portfolio companies with bolt-on acquisitions and group reorganisations. I work across sectors including fintech,  edtech, education and care, and automotive.

Recent highlights include advising on the sale of Finova to Bain Capital, advising Five Arrows Growth Capital and CGE Partners on their co-investment into Intact, acquisitions for Five Arrows backed KidsKonnect and Everway, and advising senior management of Cosegic on their sale to MML Capital and reinvestment into the group.

I trained with Shoosmiths and completed secondments with Volkswagen Group UK, Travelodge Hotels and Volkswagen Financial Services.
