I’m a corporate principal associate based in our Thames Valley office. I specialise in venture capital and growth capital transactions, advising institutional investors on SEIS, VCT and private equity investments. My work spans bolt-on acquisitions, shareholder arrangements and group reorganisations.
Recent highlights include advising BGF, YFM, Downing LLP, Onecom, Mercia and Foresight Group on a range of investments across tech, SaaS, biotech and infrastructure. I also supported NVM on its investment into Pareto Facilities Management and its exit to Pictet Investments.
I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and known for my calm, commercially focussed advice that helps clients move forward with confidence.
