I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising on a wide range of transactions including venture and growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, public company fundraises and general corporate advisory mandates. I work with corporates, investors, founders and management teams across our core sectors, supporting clients through every stage of the deal process.
I hold a first-class Law degree from the University of Birmingham and joined Shoosmiths in August 2023. After completing the SQE during my training contract, I qualified into the Corporate team in November 2025.
