I’m a partner in the corporate team, advising on M&A and venture capital transactions for both investors and high-growth companies. My work spans sectors including AI, SaaS, media, logistics and facilities—often with a cross-border element—helping clients invest, scale and exit with confidence.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2006, bringing experience from leading international and UK firms. Recent matters include strategic acquisitions and funding rounds for global businesses and technology innovators. I’m recognised for my commercial acumen and calm, strategic counsel.

I founded our Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) group and now focus on leading Shoosmiths’ international strategy, including heading our USA business desk and strengthening cross-border client relationships.
