I joined Shoosmiths in 2006, bringing experience from a leading international firm. Recent matters include strategic acquisitions and funding rounds for global businesses and technology innovators. I’m recognised for my commercial acumen and calm, strategic counsel.

I founded our Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) group and now focus on leading Shoosmiths’ international strategy, including heading our USA business desk and strengthening cross-border client relationships.
