I’m a partner in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, advising on acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. I work with private companies, PLCs, management teams and high-net-worth individuals across sectors including education, e-commerce, CBD and tech.

Recent highlights include advising Five Arrows Principal Investments on its investment into Texthelp and the sale of White Clarke Group to IDS, acting for Foundation Investment Partners and Strictly Education on multiple acquisitions and exit, and supporting BGF and Peter Jones on their investment into Localised Group.

I trained and qualified at Shoosmiths and am a member of the Law Society of England & Wales. I’m known for my pragmatic advice and ability to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity.
