I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team in London, advising on M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate governance. I bring a commercial mindset and a calm, solutions-focussed approach to every transaction, helping clients navigate complexity with confidence.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2006, I trained and practised at a global law firm. I’ve completed in-house secondments with clients in the oil, telecoms and financial services sectors, both in the UK and internationally. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the pressures legal teams face and how to deliver advice that works in the real world.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and a trustee of a UK charity, reflecting my commitment to both professional excellence and social impact.
