I am the national head of leverage finance and a partner in Shoosmiths’ national banking and finance team. My focus spans secured and unsecured, bilateral and syndicated lending, acting for both banks and borrowers—corporate and private equity—on national and international transactions. I have particular skill acting on multi jurisdictional complex financings bringing over 25 years experience.

Before joining Shoosmiths in 2018, I spent fourteen years as a partner at a leading City international law firm covering a wide variety of transactions, including advising on complex financings in the telecoms sector, private equity acquisitions across Europe, and large-scale project financings in the energy sector.
