I’m an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team in Edinburgh, advising on M&A, venture capital and investment transactions, as well as corporate governance and compliance. I work with clients across sectors, helping them structure deals and navigate legal complexities.

I completed my Scots Law LLB at the University of Glasgow and my Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. I trained at Shoosmiths and qualified in March 2024, gaining experience across key practice areas and supporting high-value transactions.

I’m a member of Shoosmiths’ Charity Committee and committed to delivering clear, commercially focussed advice. I work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve strategic outcomes.
