A corporate lawyer driving growth through strategic transactions
I’m a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths’ Corporate team, advising on mergers and acquisitions, growth capital and private equity transactions. I’ve recently led on high-profile deals including the $1.025 billion sale of Fosroc to Saint Gobain, the merger of Everway and n2y LLC, and a £165 million capital investment into Roam. I also supported Livingbridge on its investment into Nourish Care Systems and subsequent acquisition of Care Planner.
I trained and qualified at Shoosmiths in 2022, having completed my Law degree at the University of Leeds and the LPC at Nottingham Law School. My training contract gave me exposure to a wide range of corporate matters, and I’ve since developed a strong focus on tech-enabled growth and strategic investment.
I’m committed to delivering clear, commercially focussed advice and building long-term relationships with clients. I work closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure seamless service and positive outcomes.
