I am a partner in the private equity team at Shoosmiths, where I advise clients across sectors but with a particular focus on healthcare (including healthcare services and pharmaceuticals). I act for private equity sponsors, management teams and investee companies on investment and divestment transactions as well as acting on the full range of bolt-on M&A and corporate governance activities during an investment lifecycle.

I've advised clients such as Inflexion, Ignite Growth and Apposite Capital on a range of transactions and I'm recognised for being commercially aware, responsive and pragmatic.
