I’m a Partner and Head of Shoosmiths’ Corporate practice in Scotland, advising on M&A, investments, disposals and joint ventures. I work with clients across sectors including healthcare, technology, transport and media, supporting strategic transactions and corporate governance. Recent highlights include advising Extreme E, MV Commercial, Sandbox International and the E1 Series on high-profile deals.

I joined Shoosmiths in 2013 and have been shortlisted for Corporate Lawyer of the Year at the Legal 500 Scotland Awards. My experience includes leading global PE-backed M&A deals and complex group restructures, with a focus on delivering outcomes that matter.
