I am an Associate in the Banking and Finance team, based in our London office. I specialise in real estate finance transactions and advise banks, financial institutions and corporates on a range of national and cross-border debt financings. My practice primarily focuses on acquisition and investment finance, development finance (including syndicated and bi-lateral loans) and loan agency representation across a range of industry sectors and asset classes including hotels, care homes, offices, PBSAs and social housing. I also have experience in general corporate lending.

Recent deal experience includes:

- acting for a lender providing £130,000,000 of senior and mezzanine facilities relating to acquisition and refurbishment of a hotel;

- acting for a care home provider on the refinance of a portfolio of care homes;

- acting for a lender providing a £112,000,000 facility to a property investor to refinance 70 properties across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland;

-acting for a property developer on the £30,000,000 refinance of a property in Mayfair; and

- acting for a lender providing a £20,000,000 facility to fund the development of student accommodation and co-living scheme.

I hold practising certificates in Northern Ireland and England and Wales and am qualified to provide advice in both jurisdictions. I was previously mentioned as a Rising Star in the 2023 Legal 500 rankings.
