I’m a principal associate in Shoosmiths’ corporate team, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments and general company law matters. I work with entrepreneurs, corporates, developers and property funds, with particular experience in corporate real estate transactions.

Recent work includes advising PMC’s management team on its investment from BGF, Ramudden Global Group on multiple acquisitions, and LDC on its investment into Foundation SP. I’ve also supported clients in the care and education sectors on strategic acquisitions and exits.

I’m a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and known for my responsive, practical approach to complex legal issues.
