I'm an Associate in our Tax & Incentives team, advising on corporate tax, employee share schemes and incentives arrangements. I advise on S/EIS and VCT qualifying investments, helping clients structure deals that meet HMRC compliance requirements .

My work includes the structuring and review of investments, M&A transactions and reorganisations as well as advising on tax and non-tax advantaged options, growth shares and a range of employment tax issues.

I co-founded Shoosmiths' Next Generation Think Tank (NGT), an initiative that empowers early-career professionals to drive innovation and client-focused collaboration - launching firmwide NGT Connect events and partnering with colleagues across our offices to build lasting relationships.
