As a Principal Associate based in Manchester, I specialise in managing employment tribunal litigation for businesses of all sizes, with a particular interest in the retail and logistics sectors. I advise clients on people-related risks, from drafting contracts and policies to negotiating settlements and supporting organisational change.  I also work closely with the firm's CR&A teams to advise on employment aspects of insolvency transactions and employment-related issues for distressed businesses.

My recent successes include defending applications for interim relief made by trade union representatives; dealing with complex discrimination claims and securing a deposit order against a claimant in a high value claim brought against a large household name business.
