Principal associate specialising in employment tribunal litigation

As a Principal Associate based in Manchester, I specialise in managing employment tribunal litigation for businesses of all sizes, with a particular interest in the retail and logistics sectors. I advise clients on people-related risks, from drafting contracts and policies to negotiating settlements and supporting organisational change.  I also work closely with the firm's CR&A teams to advise on employment aspects of insolvency transactions and employment-related issues for distressed businesses.

I pride myself on getting to know each client’s business, providing pragmatic advice that aligns with their commercial objectives. My recent successes include defending applications for interim relief made by trade union representatives; dealing with complex discrimination claims and securing a deposit order against a claimant in a high value claim brought against a large household name business.

I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and am committed to delivering clear, practical solutions that help clients navigate complex employment challenges.
